Imperial Care Homes Ltd is a small family-run company based in North Norfolk, which provides high quality residential care for the elderly. There are currently three care homes within the Imperial group:

The company was first established in 1991 and since its formation has expanded under the management of directors Laura Smith RGN and Steve Smith. Imperial Care Homes has been awarded the accredited Investors in People award and it is the policy of the company to train all staff and maintain training throughout their employment to achieve the highest standards of care.
All our north Norfolk homes have managers with City and Guilds Management in Care qualifications and certification in various aspects of caring for the elderly. The company has a policy in line with best practice to train all staff to at least NVQ2 and develop employees further to senior levels using recognised training providers..
All of our homes are maintained to a high standard and are being constantly updated to meet all the necessary standards.
