Letheringsett Hall is a fine Georgian country house modernised to meet
the latest care standards but still retaining many of its original features.
The
home is situated in the village of Letheringsett approximately one mile
from the historic town of Holt. The home is registered with Norfolk County
Council to provide accommodation and care for 20 elderly residents.
There
is a church and public house nearby as well as a village shop where basic
provisions can be purchased. 
The
home has 16 single rooms and 2 doubles ranging from 12mē to 22mē and all
but one has en suite facilities. An 8 person passenger lift has been installed
to serve the upper floors with easy to use controls.
Residents are encouraged to bring in their own furniture and personal effects to enhance their accommodation. All rooms have TV points and most have telephone points. All bedrooms and communal areas have aid call points which are cancelled at source. There is a spacious and comfortable dining room where exceptional and varied food is served and a very large lounge with ornate plaster cornicing and decorative features. There is also a fine entrance hall with sitting areas and reading areas.
The
home has 3 aid-assisted bathrooms with easy to use hydraulic seats to
enable maximum independence.
